Unit 5 - Intervention - at least 5 tools (Read Theory, Immersive Reader, Read&Write, PrintFriendly, and more
Unit 6 - Cognitive Capacity - Why it is important to consider, ideas to increase it and not stress it (This has been a favorite unit of past attendees.)

Kara is a special education teacher with 30 years of experience in K-12 education and a trainer with 5 years of experience providing professional development. She uses the strategies she teaches in her own practice. She loves finding, creating, and sharing processes and resources that WORK! Worth the Time and the Money!
This class was worth the time and money in the first unit alone! Then along came the second unit and I was blown away with the possibilities for my students. I really appreciated that the tools Kara highlighted were free, but also of very high quality. I kept thinking, "How did she find these awesome resources?" This class was extremely relevant in this era of distance learning.
I enjoyed all of the new resources! I found it very helpful for you to show us how each resource worked as often it can be overwhelming to dive into a new resource!
